So basically I saw a scene where Jack was with a therapist (?) and he was admitting that he pushed Will too far. Now if he knew that Will was already in a vulnerable position with his abilities n all esp after he lost one of his trainees, why would he push Will so far? It just makes me mad bc omh it’s lowkey just not ok for him to solve cases at the expense of someone’s mental health like dude go hire more ppl. Seriously don’t get the whole mentality where they think it’s ok to sacrifice one person for a bunch of others. And the fact that he was mad about an internal investigation after Dr Bloom refused to withdraw her complaint??? sir these are the consequences of your actions, i think Will would have never had jail happen to him if Jack would have let him just continue teaching at the Academy.

</p><p>He has excelled in his profession and has an unbreakable will that comes off as arrogance. He displays no empathy in his professional relationship with Will and is willing to exploit his disorders after many attempts from Will to reveal his imminant departure from reality. Jack shows no regard for Bellas well being and is willing to place her in a traumatic situation without worry. Law enforcement is high on the list of professions that draw psychopaths and the show seems to be an psychologically thrilling exposure of violent psychopaths in a contemporary society in which our actions are reliant on an individual's perception of reality.
