Clarice series[]

This section covers content from the Clarice television series, a sequel taking place a year after The Silence of the Lambs. (See our Timeline Policy for more information on how we organize different timelines and adaptations.)

Television series Clarice will feature Ardelia Mapp as she gets involved with the Department of Justice, where she is a brilliant Assistant U.S. Attorney. She has developed strong coping mechanisms as a black woman working in the white male universe of the FBI, and is vocal and open about the discrimination that’s rampant in the Bureau and in the D.O.J.[1]
