Dr. Carson Nahn was the psychiatric attending at Western General. He worked with Alana Bloom on a psychopathy survey analysing Abel Gideon.
Two years later, he was murdered by Hannibal Lecter with the “Colombian Necktie” and had his right arm removed. He did this to send a message to the FBI as to were they could find Gideon, after he escaped custody.
