Lydia Fell was the wife of Dr. Roman Fell. She and her husband were killed by Hannibal Lecter so their identities could be taken over by him and Bedelia Du Maurier.

In Antipasto, Lydia arrives home to find Hannibal Lecter at her dining table, eating what can be assumed to be her husband. Hannibal greets her be saying “Bonsoir’’. She is killed off-screen and her identity assumed by Bedelia Du Maurier.
