Noble Hills Health Care Center, located in Baltimore, Maryland was the place where Dr. Sutcliffe worked. When Hannibal Lecter recommended a neurologist Will Graham had an MRI at the center. That is also the place where Hannibal killed the doctor and framed Georgia Madchen for the murder.
